Claritycon is an annual educational conference that explores the internal and external factors that impact the emotional, psychological and social well-being of young people. Since its creation in 2013, the conference has grown to reach over 500 attendees annually, ranging from educators, therapists, nurses, social workers, and mental health professionals.

Zero Suicide Team: “What do I do?”

We all have a role to play in suicide prevention. Knowing the tools that can be used to help save someone’s life is important. In this session participants will learn how to ask a community member about suicide and what they can do to keep someone safe for now

Objectives:
  • Learn how and why to ask about suicide.
  • Understand 988 as a life saving resource.
  • Know how to utilize a Safety Plan.
