Claritycon is an annual educational conference that explores the internal and external factors that impact the emotional, psychological and social well-being of young people. Since its creation in 2013, the conference has grown to reach over 500 attendees annually, ranging from educators, therapists, nurses, social workers, and mental health professionals.

  • 12 hours of professional development with presentations by 30+ renowned experts

  • Breakfast and lunch keynote addresses including Friday’s celebratory luncheon with keynote speaker Delaney Ruston, Stanford trained physician and creator of the SCREENAGERS documentary

Join us to gain insight and help elevate your counseling practice and make a lasting impact in the lives of students!

Objectives:
  • Enhance counseling skills: Enable school counselors to develop advanced solution-focused counseling skills, including active listening, empathy, goal-setting, and solution-building techniques, to effectively address needs and promote positive outcomes. 
  • Foster students empowerment: Provide school counselors with the knowledge and tools to empower students to become active participants in their own growth and development, fostering a sense of agency, self-efficacy, and resilience in the face of challenges
  • Promote Collaborative Problem-Solving: Encourage collaboration and communication among counselors, students, and families to create a supportive network that fosters solution-focused approach to problem solving, promotes student well-being, and enhances overall school success.
