This highly experiential session will introduce participants to somatic practices to support wellness & healing. Whether new to somatic psychology and somatic practices or well-versed, this engaging and supportive session will guide you through personal exploration, mindful reflection, and group engagement. While the focus will be on your personal experience, we will also discuss how to use this with clients, colleagues, students, friends, and family. Participants are asked to be active participants and also tune into their needs in the moment, which may also look like quiet observation – all are welcome!
