Claritycon is an annual educational conference that explores the internal and external factors that impact the emotional, psychological and social well-being of young people. Since its creation in 2013, the conference has grown to reach over 500 attendees annually, ranging from educators, therapists, nurses, social workers, and mental health professionals.

Texas Ethics for Mental Health Professionals

This training will review various ethical responsibilities for Social Workers and Counselors. We will discuss Texas specific ethical issues and Texas law and we will discuss various ethical case studies while running through the Ethical Decision-Making model.

Objectives:
  • To understand the difference between values, moral and ethics, as well as ethics and the law.
  • To understand how to utilize the Ethical Decision-Making model.
  • To understand how to use the Ethical Decision-Making model in case studies.
